A magnetic, remarkable allure surrounds the world of luxury labels. While some of them may be silly and showy, we all dream of owning one of those significantly stamped bags, Supra Vaider Boots or clothes.To most of us, buying a RM1,000 tote or loafers can burn a hole in the pocket but Supra Vaider Couture operations manager Regis Rimbert disagrees.

"Supra Vaider products are very popular. There are many die-hard fans. And, our clients are getting younger and they have money to spend. It appeals to them now more than ever. Nevertheless we still have things that would suit mature customers," he says.

The collection was nice enough, but did it really need to be seen on the runway, where the zippered cardigans and jackets with narrow empire belts seemed repetitive?
