I wish there were free web directories for dating services, and I mean detailed ones. I mean obviously people present themselves in a way that’s not necessarily true all the time…or any of the time in some cases. If you watch Grey’s anatomy, Sloane gets the statement of the fact that he has the emotional maturity of a horny 14 year old boy, and it’s true! In some ways, I’m sure that could be fun. But for most of us, there’s some kind of prerequisite requiring that we can actually hold a mature relationship and conversation with someone. As far as I’m concerned, I have the emotional maturity of a younger person. I’m not really good at talking about things, even when they’re really bothering me until I absolutely have to and really have no choice. Granted this would imply that I would need someone with the emotional maturity of a 5 year old. And I don’t think I would be okay with anybody or any machine defining me like that. I would prefer someone with a greater emotional maturity. But what do you do right? Either way, I blame my parents! I know it’s a classic thing to do, blame your parents for whatever issues you have. But like they say, only a mother can do that much damage. Really, I think it’s just me. But I can have my time blaming someone else at least for now right! Something that would be really cool on that note, free web directories that would tell you how you could develop a higher level of emotional maturity to beat the man! Now that’s something nobody’s ever going to figure out, because it’s really personalized actually. But it would be an interesting thought, and if somebody could pretend to do it, they might make a lot of money.
