Howard is graded level M by ESRB for the reason that the game is full of pictures of bloody violence and sex. I doubt more MMORPG players prefer this kind of game now because they can free themselves in Age of Conan killing more enemies, seeing the blood splashing around them, to dilute the depression caused by economic crisis.
