Use and characteristics
The equipment of HYF device can separate the light oil (burning oil) from all kinds of mixed lubricating oil. It is used to purify the parts washing oil (such as kerosene, diesel, and gasoline) in aviation, spaceflight, vehicle, motorcycle, bearings, manufacturing industry, precision tool making and processing industry, etc. The color difference between the oil treated before and after can be within only 1%. The PH value reaches the standard of new oil (grade 6). The washing oil, such as aviation kerosene, used in bearings manufacturer and gears manufacturer, is often mixed with much lubricating oil, such as rust-resisting oil, grinding oil, etc. The HYF separating device of this Institute can surely be used to separate them, meanwhile, to separate the moisture content, mechanical impurities, sediments and corrosive materials efficiently (separating degree reaching 100%). The cost to treat one ton of oil is only within 70 RMB Yuan. And it can be used repeatedly. The selling price of this device is much low. It is simple and easy to operate. The rate of recovery can reach 98% of the waste oil (except the oil mixed with phosphor and super fine liquid).
